Favorite Foods at California Adventure
One of my favorite things to do at California Adventure (especially on solo trips) is eat my way through the park. The atmosphere in California Adventure is way more relaxed and has so many more food options to enjoy.
Here is my compiled list of foods that I have tried throughout California Adventure. There is still so much more to try, but these are the ones that I have enjoyed most so far!
Chili Cone Queso (Cozy Cone 3, Cars Land) -$8.99
If you're like me and enjoy snacking while walking around, the chili cone queso is just for you! This is a cone shaped bread filled with chili and topped with fritos and cheese. It goes perfectly with the theming of the cozy cones and is super easy to eat while on the fly.
Flavored Popcorn (Cozy Cone 5, Cars Land) -$5.79
Popcorn at Disney is one of my biggest weaknesses. In general, popcorn is my favorite snack, but there's something so different when eating popcorn at the parks. My favorite place to get popcorn is at the Popcone stand at the Cozy Cones. Here you can choose a variety of different flavors for your popcorn. I am always a fan of the buffalo ranch flavoring, it does not disappoint!
QuesaBirria (Cocina Cucamonga, Pacific Wharf) -$11.99
This is always my go-to food when I need an actual meal to eat and not just snacks! These are such a crowd favorite that Disney limits the amount you can purchase at a time. If you are a fan of quesabirria, this is definitely worth a try, it's one of my favorite foods at California Adventure.
Hot-Link Corn Dog (Corn Dog Castle, Paradise Gardens) -$9.99
I don't eat a lot of corn dogs, but if I'm in the mood for one, I head over to the Corn Dog Castle by Goofy's Sky School! The portion size is very decent for a corn dog and I typically go for the hot-link corn dog because I'm a big fan of spice. If spicy isn't your thing, the regular corn dog is just as delicious!
Lobster Nachos (Lamplight Lounge, Pixar Pier) -$23.00
The lobster nachos is a staple at the Lamplight Lounge. If you are a fan of lobster, these are the nachos for you. I enjoy these nachos because they are perfect for sharing and aren't as heavy as some nacho platters can be. These nachos are a must try if you dine at Lamplight Lounge!
Donuts (Lamplight Lounge, Pixar Pier) -$9.00
To finish off your meal at Lamplight Lounge, the donuts are delectable. The donuts are much lighter than I anticipated and they give you dipping sauces so you can change up the flavor profile of the donuts. I'm not a huge sweets person, so you should definitely give these donuts a try on your next visit to Lamplight Lounge!
Potato Skins (Lamplight Lounge, Pixar Pier) -$15.00
Another tasty food from Lamplight Lounge. These potato skins had a lot of flavor to them, especially if you dipped it in the sauce on the plate. This is the perfect appetizer to share because it can get a bit heavy with the deep-fried batter on them. If I had to choose, I would always choose the lobster nachos, but these are also worth a try!
